- Instructors/Staff: 90+
- Years in Business: 5 years

Lagree House has grown from one Columbus studio to three locations and a team of 90+—but the goal isn’t simply to operate more studios. It’s to make every location feel like part of the same connected Lagree House community.
That requires the team behind the member experience to be just as connected. Today, staff across all three locations use NetGym to share the information that keeps the business moving—from class coverage and staff resources to the small but important details members notice. If a client arrives at the wrong studio, one location can quickly let another know they’re on the way. If a merchandise size is out of stock, the team can check another location and give the client an answer. New-client context, injuries, lost and found, and day-to-day updates can move across locations just as easily.
Behind three physical studios is one connected team—and one place keeping them aligned, NetGym…
The Challenge Before NetGym
Lagree House’s early systems had been manageable at a smaller scale. But as the business added locations and staff, information was increasingly spread across group texts, Google Sheets and Docs, and email—leaving managers to connect the dots manually.
Too Many Places to Reference:
Important staff information lived across texts, spreadsheets, documents, and email threads. As the team grew, simply knowing where to look became an unnecessary part of the job.
Manager Time Not Spent on Growth:
Lagree House estimated that managers were spending 4–7 hours every week on subbing, scheduling, and staff communication—time they wanted back for higher-priority work.
Subbing That Couldn't Scale:
Sub coverage had previously been managed through a Google Doc. That process became increasingly difficult to imagine maintaining as Lagree House expanded across three studios.
Cross-Location Communication:
With staff and members moving between locations, the team needed a better way to share information across the entire business—not just within individual studios.
Jamie rated the stress of managing subbing and staff coordination before NetGym an 8 out of 10.
I could not imagine having 3 locations and managing the subs from a Google Doc like we did before NetGym.

Why Jamie Chose NetGym
Jamie first discovered NetGym at the Lagree Summit 2024 and immediately saw an opportunity to streamline Lagree House’s communication. Easy mobile access, admin simplicity, visibility, automation, and the Mariana Tek integration stood out from the start.
What began as a solution for easier subbing has grown alongside Lagree House into a more complete staff operations system. Today, they’re using NetGym’s newest features—including shift and task management—across all three locations, with plans to bring staff training into the platform next.
01 Automated Subbing + Mariana Tek Integration
Instructors can manage coverage through NetGym instead of relying on a shared Google Doc. Approved subs update in the Mariana Tek schedule, creating a much cleaner workflow for instructors and management.
02 One Communication Home Across Locations
Lagree House uses NetGym as its internal communication source, allowing its three studios to easily share updates and context instead of keeping important conversations separated by location.
03 200+ Resources in One Hub Without Information Overload
Lagree House has published 200+ staff resources across its teams and locations, but staff don’t have to dig through content that isn’t relevant to them. Role- and location-specific access keeps each team member’s Resource Hub focused, while search makes it easy to find the right information when they need it.
04 Shift Management Beyond the Studio Schedule
NetGym now supports more than instructor coverage. Lagree House has already published 3,250 shifts, giving the business another way to coordinate its broader team through the same platform.
04 Tasks, Training, and Staff Operations in One Place
By expanding to NetGym's full platform, Lagree House can bring tasks, training, communication, resources, shifts, and subbing together—giving staff fewer systems to navigate and leadership greater operational consistency.

Centralized communication gives the team a clearer way to stay connected across locations and roles.

10/10
Both up from 7/10, giving leadership confidence that staff will be where they need to be, when they need to be, with the information they need.
A System the Team Actually Adopted
Comfortable in less than a week, the team now uses NetGym across daily operations—with 200+ resources and 3,250 published shifts.
The Bigger Impact:
One Community, Even Across Three Studios
For Lagree House, better staff operations don’t stop with the staff.
Because all three locations can communicate through NetGym, information can move with members as they move through the Lagree House community. If a client accidentally arrives at the wrong studio, one location can quickly let another know they’re on the way. If someone wants a merchandise size that’s out of stock, staff can check availability at another location and give the client an answer. Lost and found items, new-client context, and member injuries can all be communicated across the team.
That visibility helps three physical locations feel like one connected Lagree House community.
And as the business has grown, NetGym has grown with it—from making subbing easier to becoming the place Lagree House manages communication, resources, shifts, tasks, training, and more.
It’s a tool every fitness studio needs as a one stop shop communication tool.
